First taste of "Lyricism"

So these are the very first lyrics I wrote when I decided that I may have a gift to speak my mind(I was like ten or eleven). Wish I could sing it to you. Now this was like puppylove status so Don't laugh!!!:)

I could never find the words to sayTo tell you that I felt this wayBut you're gone and now I have to face that it's way too much, and way too late
But I've never had a dream come trueUntil the day that I found youIt was always just a simple thing, until now, you say it's too late now
To see that you're not happyIt brings me so much agonyAnd even though It breaks my heart, I realize I might have to let you leave
